About the Series

Every month, 50+ designers and product thinkers in Berlin gather around one question: how does human psychology shape the products we build?

When Psychology Meets UX is not a lecture series. Each edition pairs a focused talk with hands-on discussion, fishbowl sessions, or open networking. The topics span behavioral nudging, cognitive bias, decision architecture, and ethical persuasion. The format changes, but the curiosity stays the same.

Past speakers have come from Talon. One, Design Builders, and the broader Berlin design community. Past venues include Engelnest, Talon. One HQ, Benne Berlin, ATworld Alexanderplatz, and BCG X.

Who shows up

UX designers and product people from Berlin-based companies who want more than surface-level design conversation. People who read Kahneman on their own time. People who question the defaults.

I want to create impact at scale. That is what brought me from psychology to product design.

With 3+ years of experience across fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce, I specialize in translating behavioral science into design decisions that move the needle: improving conversion, reducing friction, helping users build better habits.

I started When Psychology Meets UX because I kept having the same conversation in one-on-ones that nobody was having in public. Berlin has a serious design community. It deserved a serious space for this topic.

I hold an MA in Design Management with distinction from Mediadesign Hochschule Berlin. My thesis explored digital nudges.
